Intergovernmental Transfers (Comparative Report)

This page allows you view and compare intergovernmental transfers. Intergovernmental (fiscal) transfers include recurrent block grants, ministerial subventions and basket funds, as well as local capital development grants.

If you are interested in comparing intergovernmental transfers for several different local government councils, please select (1) a reporting period, (2) the "comparison set" (the group of local councils that you would like to compare); and (3) the desired unit (TShs. millions or TShs. per capita). You may choose the table to show either the budgeted amounts, cumulative actual outcomes for the period under consideration, or the performance ratio (actual outcome as a percent of the budgeted amount).
